Strict Quality Management
SUNSIN implements the full ISO9001 quality control system covering R & D, component procurement, production, testing and delivery. Every medium and high voltage frequency converter undergoes rigorous testing before shipment.
We set up professional testing laboratories, equipped with high and low temperature test chambers, full-load aging platforms, surge and insulation testing instruments to ensure stable operation under mining, marine and other harsh working conditions.
Raw Material IQC
100% inspection of IGBT, capacitors, control boards and all core electronic components.
Production IPQC
Online patrol inspection in each assembly procedure to avoid assembly defects.
Power Unit Test
Individual power unit aging and parameter testing before cabinet assembly.
Insulation Withstand Test
High voltage insulation test to prevent short circuit and leakage risks.
No-load Debugging
Software parameter setting and running test without load.
Full Load Aging
Continuous full-load running aging test for more than 8 hours.
Performance Test
Check frequency, protection function, harmonic and efficiency data.
FQC Final Inspection
Appearance, wiring, nameplate and document final check before packing.
