Can your VFD run reliably within salt‑fog marine environments?
Yes. Our marine‑grade series adopts salt‑spray‑resistant surface coating, fully‑enclosed cabinet housing and anti‑corrosion metal components for long‑term offshore‑deck and coastal operation.
Does the frequency inverter support PID constant‑pressure energy‑saving control?
Every VFD model carries built‑in PID algorithm for stable water‑pressure or temperature maintenance. Motor speed automatically adjusts to cut idle power consumption for pumps and ventilation fans.
Are the mining‑use VFDs resistant to heavy vibration and mechanical shock?
Mining‑specialized inverters use strengthened internal brackets, anti‑loose terminals and shock‑absorbing layouts to endure continuous vibration inside underground tunnels.
Can you build custom integrated VFD control cabinets?

Is cabinet IP‑protection rating customizable?

Which industrial communication protocols are supported?
Standard protocols include Modbus‑RTU, Modbus‑TCP, Profinet and CANopen. Custom communication modules can be developed to connect with your CNC system or battery‑management equipment.
Can explosion‑proof VFD cabinets be customized for oil‑field hazardous zones?
We supply certified explosion‑proof complete control cabinets that satisfy safety‑standards for Class‑I explosive‑risk locations in mines and petroleum‑processing facilities.
What is your minimum‑order quantity requirement?
Small‑batch trial‑orders are accepted on standard low‑voltage VFD. Single‑unit sample purchases are supported for medium‑voltage and high‑voltage customized frequency‑converter equipment.
What information do I need for an accurate quotation?
Submit motor rated‑power, working voltage, application industry and special‑function demands. Our engineering department will issue a detailed formal quote within 24 working hours.
Do you accept OEM and ODM customized‑service requests?
Full‑scale OEM & ODM customization is available, including private‑logo branding, multi‑language operation panels, customized firmware and bespoke cabinet appearance design.
What payment terms are available for overseas purchasers?
T/T remittance, sight‑letter‑of‑credit and Western‑Union payments are supported. Flexible settlement terms are negotiable for stable long‑term overseas‑partnership clients.
How long is the standard manufacturing lead‑time?
Stock‑ready standard low‑voltage VFD requires 7‑10 working‑day lead‑time. Custom‑built medium‑high‑voltage inverters and integrated control cabinets need 15‑28 working‑days.
What international shipping options do you provide?
Sea‑freight, air‑cargo, international courier and China‑Europe railway transport are optional according to your delivery speed and logistics‑budget demands.
Can goods be delivered to my designated harbour or overseas warehouse?
We support FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP logistics contracts, delivering goods to your appointed seaport, bonded warehouse or job‑site location.
Will you supply the complete set of export‑customs paperwork?
Our export‑document package contains commercial invoice, packing list, certificate‑of‑origin, material inspection reports and product qualification certification files for customs‑clearance.
What official approvals do your medium‑high‑voltage VFDs own?
Our product portfolio carries CE‑certification, ISO9001 quality approval, marine‑equipment inspection certificates, fire‑resistance documents and explosion‑proof test‑reports for industrial tender submissions.
Are buyers permitted to schedule on‑site factory tours?
All overseas clients are welcome to visit our production workshops. Our R&D engineers accompany guests for equipment testing and custom‑solution consultations.
Does SUNSIN maintain an independent in‑house research‑and‑development team?

How long is the factory‑backed warranty for VFD products?
Every frequency‑inverter carries a standard 24‑month factory warranty. Extended maintenance‑contract service is available for large‑scale industrial‑project orders.
Can your engineers offer overseas on‑site installation guidance?
Remote video‑based technical support is always available. For large turnkey industrial‑projects, overseas on‑site engineer deployment can be scheduled upon request.
What communication channels are used for post‑purchase technical‑support?
